Terms of Service

By accessing our website or booking a class, you confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement and agree to be bound by these terms.

A booking is confirmed once payment (in cash, coins, or a combination of both) is successfully processed.

Prices for each class and ticket tier are shown at the time of booking and may vary by session.

Each ticket tier has a limited number of seats. Once a tier is sold out for a session, it is no longer available for that session, even if another tier for the same class still has space.

To cancel a booking, contact our customer support team on WhatsApp via our Contact page. We do not currently offer self-service cancellation through the website.

Requests made up to 12 hours before the session start time are eligible for a full refund to your account credit, unless a specific listing states otherwise. Requests within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable.

If the studio cancels a class, any coins spent on that booking are automatically returned to your account. Cash refunds are processed by our team and may take a few business days to reach your original payment method.

Coins are earned on qualifying bookings at the rate shown in your account and can be redeemed for a discount on future bookings, up to the maximum percentage of an order shown at checkout.

Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Coins expire after the period shown in your account; expiring coins are shown in your account ahead of time.

We may modify or discontinue the coins program at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.

You agree to arrive on time and follow the studio's conduct guidelines out of respect for instructors and other students.

The studio may refuse entry or future bookings to anyone who behaves in a manner that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive to a class.

Dance classes involve physical activity and carry an inherent risk of injury. By booking a class, you confirm that you are physically able to participate, or have consulted a medical professional if you have any condition that could be affected by physical activity.

Please inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions before class begins.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All choreography, branding, photos, and content on this website belong to Muveo Studio or its instructors and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muveo Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our classes or website.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Muveo Studio reserves the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on our website before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
